Annie
Annie was born and raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio, and attended Colorado State University. One of her favorite parts of Dublin Village Jewelers is the relationships she has built with customers over the years and helping them find jewelry they’ll love for a lifetime. She also enjoys selecting new and beautiful pieces for the store. Outside of work, Annie is an avid reader and enjoys yoga, weight lifting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Yury
Yury immigrated to the United States from Ukraine with his parents and sister at a young age in pursuit of the American dream. He has been working with precious metals since he was 18 and brings decades of experience and craftsmanship to the jeweler’s bench. Yury specializes in jewelry repair and enjoys the challenge of restoring treasured pieces so they can continue to be worn and enjoyed for years to come. Outside of the store, Yury enjoys playing soccer, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Alex
The eldest son in the Verbitsky family, Alex graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in finance before joining the family business. Outside of work Alex's interests include cars, motorcycles, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Galina
Yury's mother, Galina, is a health enthusiast and spends her free time cooking and maintaining her spectacular garden. She has traveled the world and has enjoyed learning about many different cultures and countries.
Cate
Cate was born and raised in Willard, Ohio. She and Alex met after college in Columbus and married in the fall of 2024. She enjoys cooking and baking sourdough bread, gardening, hosting, live music and concerts.
Sweetie
Sweetie was rescued by Alex and Cate at the age of 2 and she now enjoys a life of leisure. She comes to work almost every day and loves getting attention from all of our customers. Sweetie likes head scratches, her stuffed toys, and treats.
Alaina
Alaina is the niece of Yury and Annie, and she’s proud to be part of the family behind Dublin Village Jewelers. Outside of work, Alaina enjoys trying new restaurants, attending Columbus Blue Jackets games, and seeing live music. When she’s at home, she’s usually reading a good book alongside her two cats, Cookie and Bean.
Rachel
Rachel and her husband first started as DVJ clients where they designed her engagement ring together. In her time off, she enjoys to travel, exploring new cities and trying new coffee. On the side she does photography and loves to stay creative.
