How Our Repair Process Works
Consultation and Drop off
Stop in and talk through the repair with a member of our team—no appointment necessary. We’ll either quote you on the spot or let you know that our goldsmith needs to inspect the piece first. Every item left with us is insured and documented with a detailed description, measurements, and photos.
Inspection
Our goldsmith thoroughly inspects the jewelry before any work begins. He notes the condition of the piece, any damage found, and the work needed.
Quote
If you weren’t quoted at drop-off, we’ll send an itemized quote covering each part of the requested repair, along with any optional maintenance our goldsmith recommends.
Repair & Quality Control
. Once you approve the quote, we begin the repair. When the work is finished, your piece goes through a two-stage quality control check to make sure it meets our standards.
Ready for pickup
A member of our team will reach out when the repair is complete and ready to be picked up.
