Shipping Options
Free standard shipping is included with all purchases. You have the option to upgrade to express 2-day or overnight shipping for an additional expense. A tracking number will be provided if applicable.
Time to Ship
While many of our items are in stock and ready to ship immediately, some items require additional lead time as they are made to order by our designers. In stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of order processing. Items that require order from our designers will be shipped as they become available. We will contact you with additional information if necessary.
Shipping Delays
A member of our team will reach out should shipping be delayed for any reason. If an item is being modified for you we will also reach out to let you know the estimated completion time for the modification.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns may be sent in only after return authorization has been granted. Please see our "Return Policy" page for additional details. Returns should be packaged in a way which protects the item(s) from any damage during shipping. In order to speed up the refund process, please include a copy of your sale invoice with you return.
